In order to produce sufficient green hydrogen, electrolysers must be built on a large scale – and therefore plants that supply the required renewable electricity. ENERTRAG is doing both. The two electrolysis sites are located in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and Saxony-Anhalt and form a transnational corridor along the doing hydrogen pipeline. The most important customer for the hydrogen is the Concrete Chemicals subproject at the Rüdersdorf site.
